Dues
2025 Dues are $320 -
$320 due January 1, or $80 due quarterly on
January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
A $25 late fee is applied to accounts overdue by more than 10 days. A 7% interest charge is applied to amounts past due by more than 45 days.
Dues can be paid electronically on the Meadowbrook portal at buckthorneinc.managebuilding.com. Checks can be mailed to
